17th round in the Japanika League: Maccabi won this evening (Saturday) an important away match against Elisha Levy’s team. The first half was goalless, but the team players stormed out of the dressing room into the pitch and scored two goals in the first ten minutes of the second half. Sallallich needed just two minutes in the second half to score to the net of Ginzburg. Six minutes later Maccabi doubled their lead after a magnificent free kick taken by Rukavytsya. For the first time since May 2016 Maccabi wins three consecutive matches in the league. Marco Balbul maintains his perfect record since his arrival to the club.

13’ Neta Lavi delivers a lovely deep pass to Sallallich on the right wing. Sallallich passes the ball to Weismann who joined the attack from behind. Weismann shoots from 15 meters but Ginzburg saved it.
