Sammy Ofer hosted the second leg between Maccabi and Strasbourg.
Maccabi needed to win by two goals to invert the score from the first leg (3:1 to Strasbourg) and qualify for the third qualifying round of the Europa League. Marco Balbul made two changes in the line-up from the 11 who started in France. Alysson Dos Santos and Sun Menachem replaced Ayad Habashi and Ernest Mabouka. More than 23,000 fans attended the match.
