Maccabi qualified to the Toto Cup final where they will meet Maccabi Tel Aviv. The Greens met this evening (Monday) Hapoel Haifa for a derby match at the Toto Cup semifinals, which was hosted by Hapoel. 

Maccabi pressed Hapoel throughout the entire match until Nikita Rukavytsya took the lead for Maccabi in the 73rd minute from an assist by Awad. In the 76th minute Hapoel's striker, Papazoglou, was sent off. Seven minutes later Ness Zamir equalized the score 1:1. The match was decided in a penalty shootout in which the greens won 3:2 after some wonderful saves by Haimov.                                                             Match summery

18' Rukavytsya pressed Hapoel Haifa's goalkeeper Ran Kadosh, outside the penalty area. The goalkeeper tried to clear the ball out of danger but the ball reaches Awad who shoots from 30 meters. The ball missed the target.   
 
23' Guy Hadida committed a foul on Mandjeck and was booked by Erez Papir.
 
28' Mabouka provides a good cross from the right wing, Ofir Mizrahi's header went out.
 
33' Ofir Mizrahi finds Awad with a cross from the left wing. Awad tried to score from 12 meters but slightly misses the target.
 
41' Maccabi's pressure on Hapoel's continues. After a lovely personal move Awad shoots from 18 meters but the ball misses the net.


45' Ofir Mizrahi leaves the ball to Kramer who kicks a flat ball, Kadosh collects it.

56' Rukavytsya goes for a diagonal kick from inside the box and almost scores the first goal for Maccabi.

58' Maccabi produces a wonderful attack. Mabouka with a high cross towards Kramer who shifts the ball to Awad. The striker goes for a header from a short distance but he misses.
