Eighth round in the Japanika League: Maccabi registered an important victory tonight against Hapoel Tel Aviv at Ha'Moshava Stadium. 1,500 Green fans supported the players and witnessed Muhammad Awad scoring twice in the second half. Awad's goals deleted Hapoel's lead and awarded 3 important points to put Maccabi in the 8^th place at the league table with nine points. 
Kick Off
3' Awad shoots from outside the box, the ball is deflected away after hitting Dgani's hand. The referee this evening, Ziv Adler, didn't whistle for a penalty kick.
6' Shlomi Azulay makes an effort from 20 meters, Levkovich collects the ball.
13' Maccabi's pressure continues. A corner kick by Azulay reaches Rukavytsya, who shoots with his right foot from 18 meters, but the ball went wide.
17' A great chance for Maccabi. Awad delivered a brilliant pass to Azulay, who shoots from 16 meters just over the crossbar.
33' Mabouka crosses the ball towards Azulay, he shoots from 10 meters, but Hapoel's defense blocks the attempt and ended a lovely attack by Maccabi.
35' The ball reaches Weissman after a magnificent cross by Azulay, but the striker's header couldn't subdue Levkovich. 
41' Idan Cohen shoots from inside the box, scores and gives Hapoel Tel Aviv a 1:0 lead.

51' Shon Weissman crosses the ball brilliantly and finds Awad inside the box. Awad puts his heart into this shot and manges to level the score. 1:1
