16th round of the 2019/20 “TA Stock Exchange” League: Ironi Kiryat Shmona hosted Maccabi Haifa. Maccabi arrived at the match from the second place on the league with 34 points and just four days after the 3:0 win at the derby against Hapoel Haifa. On the other hand, the hosts were located on the 9th place prior to the match with 16 points and after a 3:0 at the last fixture against Hapoel Kfar Saba.

Kick off
3’ Wildschut breaks through the left flank and shoots but the ball is blocked for a corner kick.
8’ Lavi receives the ball from Wildschut 25 meters from the target, advances a bit and shoots. The ball goes out of play.
10’ Chery sends a long ball to Wildschut, the latter completes a double pass with Rukavytsya and shoots a ball that is blocked by the local defense.
13’ Mabouka delivers a cross from the right wing, Rukavytsya controls the ball and shoots but the ball is stopped. Chery gets to the rebound and shoots but this time the ball is deflected behind the line for a corner kick.
16’ Menachem gets the ball from Wildschut on the left flank and shoots, the local keeper denies it.
19’ After a lovely double pass between Chery and Rukavytsya, the Dutch passes the ball to Sallallich and he shoots powerfully from the right side, but he misses the target.
20’ Sallallich gets the ball in the middle of the pitch, advances through three defenders and shoots, the keeper collects it.
22’ Mabouka tries to score from 25 meters, the ball goes flying above the frame.
23’ Wildschut storms down the left wing and delivers an incisive pass towards Ashkenazi who shoots with his left foot, the ball goes wide.
26’ Mabouka crosses the ball from the right flank, Ashkenazi sneaks into box from the left side and heads the ball into the net! 0:1 for Maccabi!
41’ Menachem delivers a cross from left to right; the local goalkeeper collects it in the air.

47’ Sallallich provides a brilliant cross, Rukavytsya heads the ball, but the keeper collects it on the line!
54’ Wildschut breaks nicely on the left side, shoots strongly with his right foot, Bartkus denies it, Chery is first to get to the second ball but his attempt is also blocked.
58’ A great counter attack by Maccabi, Rukavytsya delivers a brilliant pass to Ashkenazi, but the latter fails to leave Chery in a great position in front of the goal.
