23rd round in the Japanika League: A green concert occurred at Sammy Ofer this evening. The team performed brilliantly and registered an important win against Hapoel Hadera. Sallallich was injured at the beginning of the encounter, Abu Fani replaced him. Ten minutes into the match Rukavytsya put Maccabi ahead after a great cross by Mabouka. Kerim Frei doubled the score with an impressive debut goal at the 35’ minute. Maccabi kept pressing and attacking throughout the rest of the first half but failed to increase the advantage. After 57 minutes of football Rukavytsya and Abu Fani completed a double pass, the latter scored his debut goal and ran to celebrate with the local fans. Peretz narrowed the score at the 75’ minute.
